Admission Procedure
1. The academic year begins in April and ends in March. Boys and girls who are over three and half, and below four and a half years of age will be admitted in the L.K.G. class. A corresponding age limit is set for the next classes.
2. Expect beginners, students before being admitted must pass a test in the CORE SUBJECTS. If a student had attended any other school he/she must produce a Transfer Certificate from that school.
3. The Principal reserves the right to himself of retaining students whose attendance is irregular, progress in studies is unsatisfactory, conduct is harmful to others, full participation in co-curricular activities is lacking or those whose fees are not paid in time.
4. Honesty, cleanliness of person and dress, good manners and loyalty are demanded of each student. Anyone not conforming to the school's ideals in these matters may after due notice to his/her parents be asked to leave. Immorality, grave insubordination and contempt of authority are always sufficient reasons for dismissal.
5. Parents of the selected candidates have to fill in an admission from issued by the Principal. Only then they should deposit the fees.
6. Application forms for school leaving certificate can be attained from the school office.
7. One month's notice is to be given for the withdrawal of a pupil or the fee will be charged.
Admission Rules
Admission
1. It is open to all boys and girls of all castes and creeds. However, the management reserves its right to grant or deny admission to any pupil.
2. There is an age limit for admission. A student must complete 3.5 years and not more than 4.5 years before he/she is admitted into the LKG section. Correspondingly there is an age restriction in the higher classes.
3. Application should be made on the prescribed form attached together with enclosed documents.
Registration
1. The application for admission must be on the prescribed form by the parents.
2. Submission of the application form does not guarantee his/her admission.
3. The time and date of the meeting/test for the candidate will be put up on the school Notice Board.
4. The list of the selected candidates will be published on a fixed date.
5. For LKG student it is compulsory to attach attested photocopy of Birth Certificate from Municipality or Panchayat records. For other classes Original Transfer Certificate and Photocopy of the Final Mark sheet are necessary for admission. Horoscope, Doctor’s Hospital Certificate and Affidavit are not valid.
6. All the required documents should be submitted at the time of admission or within 7 days.
7. Incomplete or incorrect information if any, in the details furnished in the application will lead to rejection or cancellation of admission even at a later stage.
Fee will not be refunded at any circumstances when admission is taken.
DISMISSAL
Students shall be liable to dismissal from the school on any one of the following grounds:
1. Inability to follow classes in English.
2. Continuous lack of progress in studies and character.
3. Acts of indiscipline and insubordination.
4. Absence for more than seven days without prior permission.
5. Immoral acts like stealing, damaging the school property and its fame, misbehavior.
6. Non-payment of Fees.
7. Non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the school.
8. Students who bring transistors, crackers, explosives, any sort of unacceptable (immoral) or dangerous materials to the school are
liable to be dismissed.

WITHDRAWAL
1. A calendar month's notice is to be given in writing signed by both the parents/guardian before the withdrawal of a pupil for facilitating the formalities involved in issuing a T.C. The regular school fees are expected to be cleared up to the date of the issuance of the T.C. T.C. will be given to Parents or Legal Guardian only. An examination involves assessment of knowledge of the subject matters prescribed by the curriculum. Remodeled assessment structure effective from the Academic year 2017-18 will be based on the following guidelines.
